How does it work?
Employers elect to carry ReOrient Now as a Paternity Leave benefit, employers are billed a PEPM (per employee per month) rate, when an employee goes out on paternity leave they are added to the company portal, a ReOrient Now service team member is notified, they then reach out to the employee to walk them through the ways in which they can utilize their benefit.
Does an employee have an unlimited amount of services while they are on leave?
No, when an employee is signed up by their employer the employee will gain access to their individual account, when they login they will see a $2,500 credit to use towards services.
Are the employee's responsible for booking and paying for services?
No, ReOrient Now's team members handle all scheduling and payment of services that an employee requests. Once the employee has used their $2,500 budget a team member will let them know.
Is this a taxable benefit?
This is considered a non-taxable fringe benefit that falls under the category of a wellness program. It is a win win for employers and employees.
